What is THE NEXT TITAN?
THE NEXT TITAN is a 10 week Entrepreneurial Reality TV show designed to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit of Nigerians.
The TV Reality Show which is in its eighth season gives an opportunity to young talented Nigerians who have great, innovative and unbeatable business ideas, to compete against one another in real-life entrepreneurial challenges in a bid to ultimately win Fifteen Million Naira to start their new business or to support their existing business.
Who is eligible to participate?
Participation in this Reality Show is opened to every Nigerian citizen irrespective of Race, Gender, Tribe, Ethnicity or Religion between the ages of 21 to 35 years. Participation is opened to Nigerians in the Diaspora provided they meet the eligibility requirements and are willing and able to cover their own travel expenses to and fro.
Every participant is expected to have either a great business idea or an existing business to pump a sum of Fifteen Million Naira.
What kind of business ideas are the organizers looking for?
A business idea that is commercially viable and sustainable with potentials to make social impacts.
A business that can be made possible with a sum of Fifteen Million Naira grand prize.
What is the process to follow in order to participate on the show?
Stage 1: Read the Eligibility Rules and Requirement properly.
Stage 2: Read the Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions.
Stage 3: Then go ahead to complete the Registration Form.
Will there be physical auditions this year?
There would be a blend of physical and online auditions this year, depending on the locations of registrants. Conventional physical auditions will hold in Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano and Enugu this year, while registrants outside these regions will audition Online.
What is the age restriction?
Applicants must be between the ages of 21 and 35

Are there other prizes aside the Grand Prize of ₦15million that go to the winner?
The major prize of this reality show and competition is the ₦15Million.
However, Top 1000 contestants from Auditions will qualify for up to N3Million funding courtesy NYIF
Is the show only for a new business idea, or can existing business owners also participate?
The show is not only for a new business idea. An entrepreneur with existing innovative business that needs more funds can also participate.
If I was unsuccessful in previous seasons, can I still apply?
Applicants who were unsuccessful in the previous seasons, and who did not make it to the Academy/House can apply again for the new season.
What is Special about Season 8
Apart from the Winner of the Reality Show that will go away with a Grand Prize of N15,000,000 cash; Top 1000 Contestants from Auditions with good business ideas and with registered businesses will automatically qualify for N3,000,000 funding while unregistered businesses will qualify for N250,000 funding from Nigeria Investment Youth Fund /Federal Ministry of Youth
What is Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF)?
The National Youth Investment Fund is an initiative and scheme of Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development through CBN to grant uncollateralized loans to youths in entrepreneurship, payable with maximum of 5 years with not more than 5% interest per annum all inclusive, and with one year moratorium opportunity.
The NYIF is an Official Partner of The Next Titan Nigeria which gives an opportunity for the Contestants who could not make it beyond audition stage in order to be on the 10 week- show to win the Cash Prize; can automatically qualify for funding for their businesses.
What is the selection process or stages for selecting the final contestants for the show?
- Auditions 1st Stage:
Contestants are expected to fill out Registration Form on the website stating their business ideas, with upload of their full picture.
- Audition 2nd Stage: Successful contestants from the first stage will be called for either Interacting Video Audition or Physical Audition depending on the location of the contestants.
- Top 80 Bootcamp (Online): Successful candidates that scale through auditions will be notified for the next stage which is Top 80 Online Bootcamp, and this will last for 2 weeks.
- Top 50 Bootcamp (Physical): The Top 50 contestants will be invited to Lagos to physical boot camp where they will engage in physical bootcamp activities for 3 days.
- Top 16 Contestants: After the end of the bootcamp, the top 16 contestants will be unveiled, and these 16 entrepreneurs will make it to the Titan House for the 10-week main show on television.
How Do I Audition for the Season 8?
You can audition by clicking any of these 6 physical Audition Centres: Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Enugu; and the 6 physical Audition Centres shall strictly observe Covid-19 Protocols.
And if you cannot make any of the physical Audition Centres above, you can also audition Online by clicking ONLINE
Will the organizers of THE NEXT TITAN be sharing the business with the winner?
The Organizers/Producers of THE NEXT TITAN will neither be sharing nor involved in the running of your business after winning the Fifteen Million Naira. However, the producers of the show will always want to play advisory role in ensuring your success.
